Reconnect your account to Google, Microsoft or a third-party service

If your Mailmeteor campaigns have suddenly paused, it’s likely due to a disconnection between your Mailmeteor account and the service you’re using to send emails (either Google, Microsoft or another service).

  1. Log in to the Mailmeteor Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Integrations page inside your account.
  3. Look for the service you’d like to reconnect to, and click on “Disconnect”.
  4. After disconnecting, follow the prompts to reconnect your account. During the reconnection process, verify that Mailmeteor has the necessary permissions to send emails on your behalf.

Once reconnected, you can perform a test by sending a test campaign through Mailmeteor to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
