Refund Policy

If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy.

Here’s how it works:

  • You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
  • After 30 days, refunds are no longer available.

If you’d like a refund, please contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Add-ons

Please note that one-time services, such as email verification, are non-refundable once purchased.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Mailmeteor Dashboard. Once canceled, you’ll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

If you request a refund, your subscription will be canceled immediately.
