Why doesn’t Mailmeteor detect my opens?
Mailmeteor’s email tracking provides accurate open rates for your email campaigns. However, due to how email works, there can be limitations to tracking every single open. Here are the most common reasons why you might not see all opens reflected in your reports:
- Your recipients haven’t enabled the “Display images below” feature in Gmail.
- Your recipients are using email clients, such as Apple Mail, with privacy measures in place to prevent tracking.
- Your recipients have antivirus tools.
Mailmeteor uses industry standards to detect opens in your emails; however, for the reasons listed above, we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy on opening rates.
