We’ve been building more ways to help you send at scale without running into deliverability problems. Two of those are now live.
Here’s what’s new:
Stop flying blind on your sender health
Your SPF record breaks after a DNS change. Your domain ends up on a blacklist. You have no idea until your open rates tank.
We built the Deliverability Hub to surface these issues before they hit your campaigns. It’s available for every sender you’ve configured in Mailmeteor, on all plans including free.
For each sender, you get:
- DNS records: MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, with a clear pass/fail status
- Blacklist check: whether your domain or IP has been flagged by any major blacklists
- Email reputation: powered by our email reputation tool

If you use multiple senders or domains, each one gets its own snapshot. No need to check them one by one.

Spread your campaigns across multiple inboxes
Sending a large campaign from a single address puts a lot of volume on one sender. Inbox providers notice. Over time, it can hurt your deliverability.
Inbox Rotation lets you pick 2 to 10 senders when you set up a campaign. Mailmeteor handles the rest: each email goes out from a different sender, distributed automatically. You write the campaign once.

It works with follow-ups too. When a follow-up is sent, it uses the same sender that was assigned to that recipient in the first email. The conversation stays consistent on their end.

What’s next?
The Deliverability Hub is available to everyone today. Inbox Rotation is live for Pro users. You’ll need at least two senders configured in your account to get started.
There’s more coming on the deliverability front. We’ll share updates as we go.
