Add multiple recipients
Mailmeteor lets you add multiple recipients to the same email. You can use this feature to send emails to teams, departments, or groups without creating separate messages for each recipient.
This is perfect for project updates, team announcements, or any communication where multiple people need to stay in the loop. Here’s how to add more than one recipient to your emails with Mailmeteor for Google Docs.
How to add multiple recipients
Open your contact list in Google Sheets. Then, add multiple email addresses on the same line and separate them with a comma. Here’s an example: “[email protected], [email protected]”.

How to add multiple Cc or Bcc recipients
You can use the same technique to add multiple Cc or Bcc recipients. To do so, add columns named Cc and Bcc to your contact list in Google Sheets. Then, enter email addresses separated with a comma.

Your multiple recipients should now be visible in Preview mode. Just like in this example:
