I’ve been using MailMeteor for a while now. I originally signed up when they launched through a Lifetime Deal (LTD) on AppSumo. From past experience, I’ve noticed that companies often let their customer service slide over time, especially for LTD users. But with MailMeteor, it’s been the exact opposite. Their customer service has been consistently excellent (definitely 5-star), and the tool itself is solid, reliable, and packed with useful features.

Which plan includes Pipelines?
Pipelines are available on Professional and above. Your plan includes conversation statuses, full email threads, attachments, and batch actions. Some actions depend on your email provider.
Will my campaigns appear automatically?
Yes. Campaigns you send with Mailmeteor appear in Pipelines automatically, so you can start with the outreach you’re already doing.
Can I reply to several people at once?
Yes. Select multiple conversations and send a batch reply. Each message is sent individually and can be personalized to its recipient. Replying directly from Mailmeteor is available with Gmail and Outlook.
Can I schedule a follow-up if someone doesn't answer?
Yes. With Gmail, you can choose when to send a follow-up if there’s no reply. You can also use conditions such as no open or no click. The follow-up sequence stops when the recipient answers. Learn more about follow-up triggers.
Does Pipelines work with my email provider?
Pipelines organize conversations from Gmail, Outlook, and Zoho, including campaigns sent from Google Sheets, Excel, or the Mailmeteor dashboard. How do I get started?
If you’re on Professional or above, open Pipelines in your Mailmeteor dashboard. If you haven’t sent a campaign yet, send your first one to start bringing your conversations together.
