Removing recipients

How to remove a specific recipient from a campaign?
Here’s how to remove one recipient from an ongoing campaign:
- Sign-in to Mailmeteor Dashboard
- Locate the recipient. In the search bar, enter the email address of the recipient you would like to remove from your ongoing campaign.
- In the search results, locate the specific email(s) that you want to cancel for the recipient.
- For each email, click on “Actions” > “Cancel”
How to remove multiple recipients at once?
While batch removal of recipients is not currently available, you can easily remove recipients on an individual email basis by following the steps outlined in this article.
